These are neck-to-wrist restraints, with wrist cuffs on each end & a collar in the middle. Keeps the arms raised away from the body. Made from strong, cold, heavy stainless steel allowing long use and wear. Our blacksmith custom makes this item by hand. Locks with three stainless steel allen screws, opens with allen key (supplied).
